• Tenant information: names, email addresses, phone numbers, unit numbers, lease dates, and rent amounts that landlords enter into the platform
• Property information: property names and addresses
• Messages: communications between landlords and tenants logged through the platform
• Maintenance requests: descriptions of maintenance issues submitted through the platform

2. How Tenants Are Added to the Platform

Tenants are added to Leaseara by their landlord (the account holder). When a landlord adds a tenant's phone number to the platform, that tenant may receive SMS messages related to their tenancy — including maintenance updates, rent reminders, and responses to inquiries they initiate. Tenants who wish to opt out of SMS communications may reply STOP to any message.

3. How We Use Your Information

• Provide and operate the Leaseara platform
• Send SMS messages to tenants on behalf of landlords
• Generate AI-assisted responses to tenant communications
• Route and triage maintenance requests
• Send automated rent reminders

4. SMS Communications

Leaseara sends SMS messages to tenants using Twilio's messaging infrastructure. Message frequency varies based on tenant activity and landlord configuration. Standard message and data rates may apply. Tenants can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP.

5. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with Twilio (SMS delivery), Supabase (data storage), and Anthropic (AI responses).

All data is encrypted in transit and at rest using industry-standard security practices.
