Leaseara is a property management platform for independent landlords to manage tenant communications, maintenance requests, rent reminders, and other property management tasks.
By adding a tenant's phone number to the Leaseara platform, you represent that you have a legitimate landlord-tenant relationship with that individual and that they may receive SMS communications related to their tenancy. Tenants may opt out at any time by replying STOP. Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply.
Tenants provide their phone number to their landlord as part of their rental agreement. The landlord enters this information into Leaseara. By providing their phone number, tenants consent to receive property management communications via SMS including maintenance updates, rent reminders, and responses to their inquiries.
Leaseara uses AI to draft responses to tenant messages. All AI-generated content is subject to your review before sending. You are responsible for all messages sent through your account.
